While Team Sixcycle-RK&O spends most summer weekends racing somewhere on the East Coast, the team still finds time for all important recovery.  After a full weekend of racing in Central Park - nearly 100 miles worth - the team and significant others gathered together Sunday afternoon to partake in barbecue and beverages. Team Sixcycle-RK&O's Charlie Bird served as grill master, preparing 15 pounds of bone in pork shoulder with SLABS a' Smokin rubs and five pounds of sausage over the course of nearly nine hours as the team celebrated the mid-point of a highly successful first season.
