Carpenter Cross Trifecta 2026: The Gallery

Carpenter Cross yet again delivered top notch grassroots CX vibes. This year was the 3rd new course location in Horsham Township in three years. Which makes you think, how is there an endless supply of perfect parks for cross courses in Horsham Township? Is the guy organizing the race just excellent at running CX races?

Both seemed true as we rolled into town with a banner welcoming all the cross racers to town.

The course featured a lot of fast turns that came in pairs. Line up for the first one thinking about where you need to be for the second turn. The middle of the course had some power sections and there were no shortage of logs to hop over in true PACX fashion.

I wasn’t expecting much from my race given some breaks in training but felt like I eeked out exactly what I could given where I’m at. I had some fun battles with folks running over barriers and seeing if I could catch people taking a little more speed than I was comfortable with in the turns.

An excellent day.

Carpenter CX is not to be missed next year in whatever park it may be as Carpenter CX isn’t a place, it’s a feeling.

Here is a gallery of pics by James of some of the races at Carpenter Cross in Horsham, Pennsylvania, including the 9am women’s races, the 12pm men’s races, and the 1pm women’s elite race. Enjoy!
