The Bikes Determined - TBD's Equipment for Muddy CX

Cyclocross is a silly sport. We race on bikes and gear in conditions that road-adjacent bikes should never be put through. The thing is though, in cross, you can be at either end of the spectrum when it comes to gear. You can obsess over the tiniest of details or subscribe to “run what ya brung”, but at the end of the day does gear even matter when your jockey wheels look like the cover photo? So without further ado, here are the bike and gear choices (?) of the team from the wild weekend at Charm City Cyclocross 2022.

I am a New York City based cyclist formally from Melbourne. Races of less than an hour are my jam and I’m @wheresscott on the gram. You’ll find me taking photos to escape the accountant life and running through winter to escape the cold.
