Intelligentsia Cup in Chicago is not only the longest race series To Be Determined has competed with 10 days of continuous racing but it's also some of the most fun we have had on or off the bike. 

Gateway Cup

The Gateway Cup in Saint Louis Missouri has often served as the final crescendo for the team's road season. With four days of hot and fast criterium racing it doesn't get much better.

Grant's Tomb Criterium

The CRCA Grant's Tomb Criterium is not just the traditional season opener for New York City cyclists, it's also the biggest race in the tri-state area and one of just two races that still runs on Manhattan streets. To Be Determined goes inside the last two editions of this classic race.  


The To Be Determined Journal returns to Europe for a multi-part journey across France from the Alps around Annecy to the lavender fields and gorges of Provence. Incredible riding, grand vistas and impeccable food, it's all part of the mix.

When the national championships come to Hartford, Connecticut To Be Determined is there to capture an incredible day of racing action as Katie Compton and Stephen Hyde are crowned as National Champions.  


To Be Determined ventures North for a very unique weekend on the dirt roads of Vermont - complete with yetis, fat bikes, and mid-ride shots of maple syrup. Without a doubt it is one of the more memorable and unique cycling events on the East Coast.

Montpellier to acadia

A five day bikepacking expedition for five women covering nearly 350 miles from the mountains of Vermont to the coast in Bar Harbor Maine. Featuring everything from pouring rain to cupcakes and fresh lobster (in separate meals), click through to read the full story.


Each year as winter draws near the riders of To Be Determined find their way to back roads and state parks, hunting for the last bit of fall color before several months of riding under grey and dreary skies. In late October Matthew Vandivort (aka Photo Rhetoric) documented one such adventure.
