The Castelli Tech Tee Review

The squad was delighted to expand our Funfetti garb with a suite of short and long sleeved tech tees as part of our Spring 2023 order. Several of us couldn’t take the trainer this winter, got into running, and then signed up for half marathons and possibly even marathons (okay this is mostly just me) and kept running into the spring. These tees are perfect for running, for the gym, or even paired with the Unlimited carbo bibs for a casual ride.

I’ve thought about activewear a lot, and I’m pretty picky. What I’m looking for in a tee like this is the right fit, breathability, and obviously a cool design, which we’ve definitely achieved with the Funfetti. I’ve already run in it a few times, both in this week’s summer-like NYC weather, where it’s held up well in warm temperatures and wicked sweat away from my skin, and over a long sleeved baselayer in cool weather for a run in London. It’s on the longer side, which I like because it adds versatility. I can tuck it in, or tie it in a knot to make it a bit shorter, or just let it out for maximum freedom of movement. I also tried the tee out in the gym. It didn’t constrict my movements as I got fully jacked.

My conclusion on the Castelli Tech Tee? My only problem with it is that I didn’t order more than one.
