Weekend Roll: Cherry Blossoms and Crit Racing
After an action packed few weeks of racing in Newark, New Jersey the Branch Brook Park Spring Series wrapped up with the Cherry Blossom Challenge. After a choppy spring in New York weather-wise, we were graced with pristine racing conditions: 60s, sunny, and dry. And true to the race’s name, the cherry blossoms were in full bloom.
With a New York City race calendar that continues to lose races, we were happy to once again get out to partake in the last installment of this series. We’ll certainly be back next year for this longstanding early season race.
